T,Dixon & Son Ltd is  one of Grimsby’s oldest established businesses, formed circa 1934 by Thomas Dixon  whose primary work within the building industry was plumbing.

It  was 25 years on that his son Roy took over the business. The 3rd generation Timothy, Simon and Richard all started  to work for the business straight from school.   In 1999 the 3 brothers took over the business although Roy still works for the company.  Recently a 4th generation of the family has joined as an apprentice.

The company has been constructing dwellings since the 1970’s and has built a range of new superior detached properties  in Beelsby, Waltham, Barnoldby,  Humberston and Brigsley.

It prides itself on sourcing quality products and tradesman to carry out the construction process using the highest standards of fittings and fixtures.

The company likes to keep up to date with all new design developments and is keen to use all new ecological friendly energy sources.

The company is a member of Land Developer Lincs Ltd a land sourcing group for the benefit of its members of which Simon is a Director.

During the last few years we have had developments in Farebrother  Street Grimsby, Priors Close New Waltham and Alfred Bannister Mews Laceby and currently West Street, Cleethorpes, all created with the customer in mind.

This year 2010 is  special year  for T.Dixon & Son as Simon is President of the Grimsby & District builders Association.
